Signing in to The Region Online gives you access to your saved preferences, favorites, and account settings. This page explains how to sign in using Google single sign-on or an email and password, how to recover your account if you forget your password, and what to expect if you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on your account.

Sign In Steps

1

Navigate to the Sign In Page

Go to theregiononline.com/login-registration/ or click Sign In in the top navigation from any page on the site.
2

Choose Your Sign-In Method

Select the method that matches how you originally created your account:
Click the Continue with Google button. You’ll be redirected to Google’s authentication screen.Select the Google account associated with your Region Online profile. After Google verifies your identity, you’re returned to The Region Online and signed in automatically.
If you originally registered with an email and password rather than Google, use the Email tab instead. Signing in with Google creates a separate account.
3

Complete Two-Factor Authentication (If Enabled)

If you have two-factor authentication enabled on your account, The Region Online prompts you for a 6-digit verification code after your password is accepted.Open your authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or a similar TOTP app) and enter the current 6-digit code shown for your Region Online account. Codes refresh every 30 seconds, so enter the code promptly.
If you’re signing in from a personal device you use regularly, you can choose Trust this device for 30 days on the 2FA prompt. This skips the 2FA step for that device during the trust window. See the Security guide for details.
Once you enter the correct code, you’re fully signed in.

Forgot Your Password?

If you can’t remember your password, use the account recovery flow to reset it.
1

Click 'Forgot Password?'

On the sign-in page, click the Forgot Password? link below the password field.
2

Enter Your Email Address

Type the email address associated with your Region Online account and click Send Reset Link. The Region Online sends a password reset email to that address.
Check your spam or junk folder if the reset email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes. The reset link expires after a limited time, so use it promptly.
3

Follow the Reset Link

Open the password reset email and click the link inside. You’ll be taken to a page where you can enter and confirm a new password for your account.
4

Sign In with Your New Password

Once your password is reset, return to the sign-in page and sign in with your email address and new password.
The password reset link is single-use and expires after a short period. If the link has expired before you use it, restart the “Forgot Password?” flow to receive a new reset email.
