# Sign In to Your Region Online Account — Login Help

> Sign in to The Region Online using Google or email and password, reset a forgotten password, and complete two-factor authentication if enabled.

Signing in to The Region Online gives you access to your saved preferences, favorites, and account settings. This page explains how to sign in using Google single sign-on or an email and password, how to recover your account if you forget your password, and what to expect if you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on your account.

## Sign In Steps

<Steps>
  <Step title="Navigate to the Sign In Page">
    Go to [theregiononline.com/login-registration/](https://theregiononline.com/login-registration/) or click **Sign In** in the top navigation from any page on the site.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose Your Sign-In Method">
    Select the method that matches how you originally created your account:

    <Tabs>
      <Tab title="Sign In with Google">
        Click the **Continue with Google** button. You'll be redirected to Google's authentication screen.

        Select the Google account associated with your Region Online profile. After Google verifies your identity, you're returned to The Region Online and signed in automatically.

        <Note>
          If you originally registered with an email and password rather than Google, use the Email tab instead. Signing in with Google creates a separate account.
        </Note>
      </Tab>

      <Tab title="Sign In with Email">
        Enter your registered **email address** and **password** in the sign-in form, then click **Sign In**.

        If the credentials are correct, you're signed in and taken to your account dashboard. If you see an error, double-check your email address and password for typos, or use the password recovery flow below.
      </Tab>
    </Tabs>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Complete Two-Factor Authentication (If Enabled)">
    If you have two-factor authentication enabled on your account, The Region Online prompts you for a 6-digit verification code after your password is accepted.

    Open your authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or a similar TOTP app) and enter the current 6-digit code shown for your Region Online account. Codes refresh every 30 seconds, so enter the code promptly.

    <Tip>
      If you're signing in from a personal device you use regularly, you can choose **Trust this device for 30 days** on the 2FA prompt. This skips the 2FA step for that device during the trust window. See the [Security guide](/account/security) for details.
    </Tip>

    Once you enter the correct code, you're fully signed in.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Forgot Your Password?

If you can't remember your password, use the account recovery flow to reset it.

<Steps>

    </Note>
  </Step>
